Restaurant BLUE WAGON
Beautiful seasonal ingredients and masterfully prepared food combined with fantastic service and a friendly atmosphere. I brought my family here on our first night of a long weekend in Prague and we had a fantastic time. The asparagus velouté was exquisite but all courses of the tasting menu were superb.Highly recommended.

Delicious, well prepared and local food.One of my favorite places in Prague due to their simple, but very powerful ingredients.A lot of their items come from local markets, have a great story to tell and are simply amazing in its taste and texture.They offer a great menu that you can combine based on your liking.The staff is very active and helpful, so you’ll never have to worry about being missed out.If you’re in Prague and you enjoy high quality food, you should definitely give this place a try, I haven’t regretted a single dish.Update: a year later their food is still fascinating me. Keep up the good work!

We booked this restaurant based on the amazing reviews it has. We thought it’d be a high class place, with an amazing selection, menu and service.That was sadly war far from reality.To begin with, the restaurant is far from the center, which wouldn’t be a problem if the restaurant was good however this is not the case.We arrived and the first impression was a “family owned place” without fancy decorations or tables.We ordered an Aperol Spritz, and being honest, this was the only good thing in the evening.Their menu is boring, based on beef and lamb so if you are a vegetarian or a vegan stay far away from here, well, anyone just stay far away from this place.Service was kind but very basic and standard, far away from a high class service they claim to have.We weren’t even offered water.We ordered the duck and the pork.After we got our food served I wish we had just left after the first bad impressions we got. The driest and tasteless pork I have ever had in my whole life, together with boiled rice and salad from a supermarket bag.The duck was tasteless and way to raw.Tasteless, dry and expensive.I’d never recommend this to anyone.

A modern inventive cuisine with a very good selection of wine, Czech and foreign countries. A bit expensive but worth visiting certainly. Italian and French influences for the rabbit liver and loin.

Everything was so perfectly done!!!!We celebrated my husbands birthday here and the atmosphere is very warm and comfortable.Even the music in the background is beautiful.The beef fillet steak and saddle of venison were on point!!!! We were just speechles, the meat, the veggies, the sauces - it was like a poem on our tongues.5/5 recommend for a romantic and delicious dinner

Nice presentation but the taste is very flat. Nothing special. Missing basics like salt and herbs. Almost neutral taste. Service was very friendly. Location is also very nice. I was disappointed. Best was desert.

Restaurant BLUE WAGON
We wanted to celebrate a little reunion with friends and picked this restaurant. It was a very good choice ! The staff was really friendly and recommended a perfect wine for our dinner. The menu was not very large but we all had three different main dishes and they all were amazing!! I never had better meat in my life !I also loved the little familiar feeling in the restaurant because it was not so big, so Quality over quantity all the way.The prices are indeed a little higher but totally worth it !

I had a 5 course tasting menu. After the good reviews i had huge expectations, but unfortunately it was a totally disappointment. All of the courses were without taste and unsalty. The vegetables were raw, the soup was thin. On the other hand the service was excellent, enterior was nice and the drinks were good. Price for the value i do not recommend.

The restaurant is the absolute highlight during my stay in Prague! On both side: service and culinary!The service is absolutely cordial and at the same time discreet and proves itself through its professionalism. The food was perfect in every course, we especially enjoyed the mussels. The cuisine corresponds to their star level, even the bread ;) there are vegetarian alternatives offered and also, if you’re unsure, you can see the menu on the Internet. I look forward to my next visit here! Thanks for the nice evening
