The room was nice and cosy but a bit small. Room service and reception was perfect. The building seemed to be a bit old and not in best condition. Overall it was an very pleasant stay. Breakfast was included and we didn't pay much for the hotel in total.

It is a taxi ride from Liberec and as there is nothing around the hotel, factor that in. The walls are paper thin plus the floors creak, breakfast is fine but did not eat dinner here.

You get what you pay for. 1, max 3 days and leave. not ideal for longer stay.Pros: excellent staff members, clean roomsCons: very bad beds, matraces (!), extremly small rooms (literally like prison, 3x3m), no bins(?)If you expect to have a quiet sleep, you are wrong. No sound isolation from stairs and between rooms. No official quiet hours.I don't think any of the cons I mentioned can be improved.... Unless they will be willing to spend some $$$

I got fungal rash from hot tub there and my girlfriend's bra was stolen. We called 3 times about that, they always said they will look for that and they never will. There are better hotels in Liberec...

The room is big and the hotel is in good location for travelers BUT we encountered a very big attitude problem from the staff. It seems that part of them didn't really wanted us to stay in their hotel. Though some of the staff were friendly and nice, the bad attitude staff really made our stay uncomfortable and this is the reason for the low rating.As for breakfast, again, it seems that they are doing us a favor and every day there were missing other components from the breakfast buffet.

Rooms relatively ok, but the staff is great and the service is impeccable. The food is very good I recommend.A boy does as many as 10 others.
