Awful staff and tricky director. They owe us money and we cannot take it from them! Now considering to contact police. Do not go there if you don't like to be cheated.

I guess it is not a surprise that this place does not give your deposit back, doesn’t respond to your emails and phone calls. I stayed here for 6 months in 2016 and I still haven’t got my deposit back. Surprisingly, the day I arrived around 9PM, my room was even taken and the hotel was full though I booked a month ahead. So I was offered a room with a broken shower door, lamp, and a fridge. They promised me that I can move to a proper room within a week but it took about 3 weeks for that to happen. Plus the process of moving the room was very unpleasant due to an unfriendly staff. I had the exact same issue of the manager never being around and a staff being rude. (Most of them were kind though. I just had to avoid the rude person which gave me a lot of stress.) Few positive things about the room was the view and how spacious it was. The pub downstairs and field outside was nice as well.

The worst dormitory in Prague. They didn't give me my deposit for several months after I left and their behaviour was extremely rude. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the money.

The toilet wasn't perfectly clean, everything is a little bit cheap and the matresses are really hard. Despite of that everything is really tidy and there is much space. For a few days and a good price it's totally okay. Just don't expect a lot of service.

This is worst dormitory ever. The place is full of drugs and drug dealers. Please please be careful. They will also lie and tell you verbally that they will return your deposit, but they won't. They have not returned my deposit. They don't reply to emails or phone calls. They always say that the manager is not around and they will call back. Please be careful when you sign the contract if you don't speak Czech. Never ever trust them! Definitely, not recommended.

I stayed there in 2015 summer for 3 months and I am now writing this review. When I saw the comments about not returning the deposit I was not surprised. They did not return my deposit back too. It was around 13000 CZK and they said verbally that they will transfer the money when I left. I tried to reach them but no response to my emails and my calls. I won't trust them for long stays however the nearby forest was superb.

Good price with perfect location. In a walkable distance to the biggest shoping mall in Czech republic:)

Sadly our beds were full of dust and we found little bugs under them :( it's not easy to get kitchen furniture but overall the people are very nice, the place is beautiful and quiet and there are a couple of bars, lubs and a supemarket in the same building

Very nice very clean affordable rooms. Restaurant downstairs offers full bar and menu at excellent prices. Definitely place to stay if you don't need to be in center of tourist traps... Only 25 minutes to everything you wanna see in Prague .

Well, if you're Russian, this can be a good choice to stay here just for a while, because most staff there speak russian but not so much of english. I have lived there for about 1 year, they have bad attitudes towards non-russian speaker and they have a room key in which they can go into your room at anytime, once I woke up seeing pipe workers fixing my toilet, but they just came in with the help of the reception, what the heck? Also be careful of the time to pay the rent, it is on the 20th (if it hasn't changed) of each month. Nice arrival would often miss the first time payment, each day late would be 100 crowns penalty.
