Fantastic, knowledgeable service from Tomáš with choosing new shoes. His English was great and he took his time explaining the pros and cons of each pair and I left with a lovely new pair of running shoes. Brilliant service and you have definitely gained a repeat customer!

The goods were not delivered to me after 30 days from the date of payment( date od delivery is 3 days). I called them 10 times, write e-mail but nothing. Another month passed, they didn't return the money neither deliver goods to me. Im in Slovenia.

Very nice and helpful staff, they have diagnostics of how you stand and run and they ask every client if they want that and then recommend shoes based on the results. I'm looking forward to start using my new shoes!

I do track and field and bought new spikes here, but after 3 weeks the insoles started moving while running. When I went back the only thing they could do for me was sending the shoes back to check what’s wrong. After 5 weeks i got the (broken) spikes back from the place where they send them, with a message that they couldn’t find anything. Now I’m stuck with a pair of broken spikes of 3 weeks old that I can’t use in the middle of my competition season. It would have been nice if the store where I bought them, top4running Praha, would have helped me more with a solution, but sadly they didn’t.

The best running store in Prague that I've found (ihave been there 4 times in the past 2 months. The staff is knowledgeable and quick to ask if they can help you (unlike every mall shop that I visited). They also all speak very good English (very surprising). I didn't buy any shoes yet, but they've definitely earned my business when the time comes.
