Just before leaving the beautiful Prague today and heading towards the Swiss, happen to stop by this very unique Barber shop (U Britvy) for a quick shave and to my surprise I got the hot towel shave from a gentleman Vojta Novak “NOVAS” and it was such a refreshing experience!! Loved it! The barber shop is work of art, great music and amazing coffee!! The staff obviously is extremely friendly and it was a great experience all together!! Cheers.

Very polite, professional and great atmosphere. Barbers are also friendly and knowledgeable and have great taste in music. Was offered a gentleman's drink / coffee upon entrance which only took the experience to the next level. Will surely return again.If you want great service and quality haircut this is the place to go!

This was my second trip to this barbershop. My first experience was great. This time I had a different barber, Kryštof Hájek, and this was the worst haircut experience in my life. The whole shaving was rushed through and very unprofessional.He was reckless with the tools and hit me on my forehead with the scissors. He also was too rough with tools and when he was shaving the sides it hurt. He apologized after I told him that he was rough but he was still rougher than usual barbers afterwards.This 1 star goes to Kryštof Hájek only.

Phenomenal service at U Břitvy. First of all, everyone is very cordial and welcoming—last time I went, I was offered a very tasty rum to have during the service.Jan 'Mestic' cut my hair and beard a few times, and he is really good: very professional cut and you can tell he is really passionate about being a great barber.Jan helps me keep my beard in perfect shape, and he even helped me experiment with a new hairstyle (which I love and get complimented on).Overall great experience, from staff all the way to the barber. Thanks, and see you again later this month!

I've been going regularly now for about a year (Jan Nguyen being my preferred barber) and this is my favourite place in Prague to get a trim. They are all professional and friendly without exception and offer a classy service!

They had an appointment booked 3 days in advance and sent me 50 lines reservation confirmation email but didn't put the document list necessary to enter.Government regulations changes as often as wind direction changes. Instead of making some convenience for their clients they prefer just to waste client's time. True Czech Skoda style" service.UPD1: There was notification
