Great facilities (when open), could improve customer service though. They decided to close the wellness area (pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room) during my prepaid membership and provided no compensation at all. Was left with average equipped gym for very high price tag.

The masseuse was 15 minutes late, had no idea how to apply pressure on the foot, and kept on talking about a financial company they have in my country instead of focusing on the massage. The receptionist made absolutely no effort to apologize for the bad experience I had. The spa experience as a whole is totally not worth it and they played pop music in the treatment rooms.

The best place in that hotel in my opinion, spacious gym double floor, nice pool, couples sauna, they have massage and spa, I'm not fun of massage, but in general great places

Very nice little spa, prices are alright as well. I had the 75 min Swedish Massage and it was well done! The one downside was the loud ticking noise of the clock in the riim, which distracted slightly from the experience. While I only had the massage, you may also go for a day pass into the pool area for around 40 Euro. If you are staying at Jurys Inn, you get 25% off as well. Overall a great experience!
