We rented a van to drove to Austria. On our way to return the van, I filled the vehicle up with fuel unlit the nozzle stopped and gas was spitting back out. After I started the van, I noticed the gauge did not show it as being full so I added more fuel until no more would go into the tank without spilling onto the ground. The gauge still did not indicate it was full so I assumed it was faulty or had not registered that it was full. When I received my final statement there was a refueling charge and fuel charge of an additional $50USD. Unbelievable! I contacted them immediately and they were absolutely no help whatsoever. Terrible customer service and would not even help with the $10USD refueling fee. I do not recommend using them due to shady dealings.

Do dnes v pohodě. Po dnešku ukončena spolupráce. Pristavili mi jine auto než bylo domluveno, bez předchozí domluvy. Arogantní týpek v telefonu měl zřejmě úplně na háku, že prisli o kšeft na 3 týdny. Ale tak, asi ho nepotřebuji. Ještě že máme v republice i ekonomicky smýšlející půjčovny.

Arogantní jednání ve stylu: Nejste naším stálým klientem a tudíž vám dnes auto v žádném případě nepůjčíme. Měl jste si podat rezervaci alespoň 24 hodin předem.""

I highly do not recommend the services of this company. Didn't get a car (because I had a virtual card), but more important that I did not receive a refund due to employee negligence.

U této půjčovny jsem velice přemýšlel. V první řadě po dopravní nehodě a schválení pojišťovnou jsem kontaktoval jejich linku. Byl jsem velice překvapen přístupem a ochotou která bohužel trvala asi 2 min do doby než mi oznamily ( v pátek) že papíry pošlou pojišťovně ke schválení a pak se domluvíme dál. Vzhledem že jsem byl aktuálně 7dni bez auta prosil jsem pojišťovnu o rychlé vyřízení což se i stálo ale pak přišlo obrovské zklamání!!S centrály mě kontaktovaly 18:30 že mám schválené auto ale že žádné nemají a snad v úterý a záměrně až po uzavření pojišťovny. Výsledek autopůjčovna bez aut? blbost jelikož spadají pod Rent car. V pondělí po hovoru s pojišťovnou hele auto se našlo. Následoval kontakt z Hradce Králové a auto bylo přístavene a vše proběhlo profesionálně. U hodnocení jsem zvažoval pouze 2 hvězdy ale pobočka HK s přístupem mě překvapila. Tak či tak rozhodně bych zlepšil přístup hlavní centrály 1) přístaveni auta i mimo pracovní dobu 2) fungovat i přes víkend. Co se týká půjčeného automobilů super. Necelé 2 roky staré,čisté a bez závad

Přesně takhle mají vypadat služby.Rychlé přistavení čistého vozu v perfektním stavu a vstřícná komunikace. Rád v budoucnu opět využiji.

Už nikdy bych si zde nepůjčila auto. Bylo půjčené z pojistné události a vše bylo bez problému. Půjčené bylo v dubnu, půjčovné bylo 3,5tis. A najednou si v prosinci dělali pořádek v papírech a zjistili, že nemají od pojišťovny proplacené půjčovné. Není problém zaplatit, byla to chyba pojišťovny, ale to jednání ze strany půjčovny. Pán byl arogantní a nepříjemný. Nebyla s ním ani rozumná domluva. Rozhodně nedoporučuji. Oni zjistí po půl roce, že nemají zaplaceno 3,5tis. a na zaplacení Vám dají 7 dní.

We went there rent a car. Everywherw they are saying is open during wkend, but thats not true. Then we called them and somebody in the phone said yeah it s like that more then half year. Congratulation to this rent car company !

The staff at Czechocar is so helpful and kind. I will definitely rent a car from them in the future. The car I was given for my self and my two daughters was in pristine condition, clean and reliable. They did not have the car that I requested but offered us an upgrade that was even better. Upon the return of the car they offered us a ride to our hotel in Prague. Traveling with small kids, alone, can be somewhat challenging and upon returning our car in their city location, we left few thins behind in the parking lot. The gentleman I spoke to mediately found someone to rescue our forgotten items and they were delivered to us safely. Thank you to the staff at Czechocar for all their hard work.

So let's just shorten all the experience, the man arriving to give me my car checked every scratch on the exterior,but clearly no one bother to check the motor regularly.So I pick the car and driving from Prague to South Moravia, park the car in front of my uncle house and after two days the car doesn't start.Well my uncle just comment it's a battery, it can happen move the car battery jumps up and I'm ready to go to Prague.Reach my accommodation, sleep over,wake up at 6am to reach the airport.And yet again, the car is just completely dead.So I panick, apparently it looks I may miss my flight, trying to call the company like over and over again,no answer.Luckilly two gentleman just starting to work at Salabka wine yards (thank you Salabka for sorting issues which has nothing to do with your hotel) trying to restart the car.Than opening the motor and stating, madam this battery looks completely worn and all spoiled,this car will not go anywhere, what these people just rent you?! You'd better call taxi and we will keep the car here. So off drive to airport, trying to call the company, no response, reaching their office at the airport, the employee is there - of course I tryed to call the airport office nb as well before.And he just rudely point out that he has costumers to deal with, on which I replied if he wants me to wait miss my flight so his company can pay me another ticket..somehow that works and he started to communicate,rudely but at least.I forced him to take details,and left for my check in.Since that time I first sent e-mail to the lady who was taking my order, till now no answer from her, kept trying to call the company to see what's going on - 3hrs off calling,not once anyone pick up the phone.Than involved my friend to follow up on them while I'm flying.So she kept calling them like 50 times till she got through, finally getting response that they sending someone to pick up the car after apparently even hotel called them. WHAT A NIGHTMARE THIS CAR RENTAL WAS!!! Next time when in Czech, better use taxi and public transport.
