Delicious Thai restaurant! Siam Orchid was a nice change of pace meal in Prague after eating tons of regional fare. The lemongrass soup was delicious- sour and spicy. We also had the seafood salad appetizer, which was really really spicy- my wife could not eat it- but I loved it. For entrees we had green curry vegetables and the basil pork- both delicious.Staff was great, place was clean, service was excellent.

The entrance is small from the main road then go to 2nd floor (or they call 1st here). I recommend for everyone who wants to have authentic Thai-Lao food. They can make the spicy from mild taste to spicy as authentic like I have in Thailand. The total bill is 1310kcs (55euro) for 4dishes 2 rice and 2 drinks, which is cheap compare to other Thai restaurants in Europe.

Very nice and original restaurant with a great variety of dishes.The staff is very kind and polite and they take very good care of the clients, speaking English as well.Recommended!

somtam lao, nuea daed diow and nam tok moo was fantastic!!! they also have sticky rice. real authentic thai/isan food!! thanks!!

Food was lovely! Like with all Thai food if you're really hungry get 3 dishes between 2.It was a shame how quiet it was because the people in there are lovely and the food is good. Only cost us £25 for two people (with drinks) which is unheard of today.

I was pleasantly surprised to come across Siam Orchid, as it's a small hole in the wall and easily missed because of its low profile. Service was great, the owner made recommendations and was honest about which dishes were his favorite. I got a green curry dish with chicken, and it was on par with what I've come to expect from Thailand in terms of spice and ingredients. I also got the duck curry, and it was cooked PERFECTLY. The duck melted in my mouth and tasted so delicious. Highly recommend the curries. If you're into spice (heat), ask for your dish to be made extra spicy. It's worth it. Prices are great and you get a lot for what you pay for despite being in a tourist area of Prague. I HIGHLY recommend Siam Orchid.
