I had a fantastic experience here. I had two members of staff who helped me (the original consultant fetched his colleague who speak more English) but both went out of their way to help me and they were very friendly and great at their job.It's only 4 stars because it's a bit pricey, but worth it in the end.

Needed to wait for an English speaking personnel. I think all personnel should be able to speak English because Brno has a large amount of international community who live and work. All personnel was polite and willing to help.

Unexpected to happen. I received a message telling me that my simcard has been stolen that is why it is blocked. How could it happen? I have my phone with me and suddenly it's been blocked because the simcard is stolen? Unbelievable. I tried to reply but unable to send a message because it's already blocked.
