The flowers were pretty, but 2 days delay for this kind of service is unacceptable. Luckily the wife didn’t mind but I can imagine some people might not be ok with this.

Do not use this company! They failed to deliver my flowers, charged my credit card, lied to me, and refused to give me a refund. Avoid this place like the plague.

The service is fast and excellent. Good prices. I will continue to use the services of this company

Ordered 17 white roses (70cm) for a present, the flowers came dry and withered.Do not recommend, unless you are looking for a herbarium.

Ordered Valentine's day flowers for my partner. Order was cancelled due to non-payment even though I paid in full through Paypal. When I phoned them, they could not tell that the payment was sent. Had to send screenshots of my Paypal and bank account charge in order to get the refund. So in summary my partner got no flowers for Valentines day and I had to spend time taking screenshots and sending mails in order to convince them that I had actually paid. No offer of compensation for the hassle. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Horrible service and carelessness from KvetinyExpres.Ordered flowers for my girlfriend in Prague because her father died, paid express delivery, courier didn't call any of the two phone numbers I provided, didn't ring the bell and said ''nobody available'' I immediately called KvetinyExpres , but their unwillingness to help was clear, it was apparently our fault that the courier didn't try any form of contact. After my annoyance I decided to pick up the flowers the next day, I send a mail clearly stating I will arrive 18:00, the respondent replied ''ok'' , I arrive 18:05 and they are CLOSED, nobody inside! Like they just run away from the store as soon as it closes, no dignity or helpfulness at all, no message no call nothing. TERRIBLE!! Don't order anything here. 1/5

Info posted on their website is not correct. I checked their area for deliveries to make sure that I am within their posted boundaries; however when I tried to enter the address, the system kept denying the request that they do not deliver to my chosen location. What a disappointment. They customer service did not even bother to reply. Would not recommend this company.Further to the post here, I have to give the company credit; after I complained, they did deliver the flowers. Quality of the arrangement was high and the customer service did step up to the plate. I will use them next time.

I can not recommend this shop. I tried to order some flowers for my girlfriend, for the saturday. So i went to their website and ordered at around 12am at Saturday for the same day with delivering around 3pm. While the bookingprocess i was not notified, it is not possible to order and send the flowers an the same saturday. fail... so after a few days i recieved a email, with the problem not sending my flowers... as my GF was on holiday i didnt responded. As she is back to work now, i repsonded that email, but didnt get any answer. very disappointing from my side...

It's not express as at the end of order you get only specific hours choice. Chose the delivery option between specific hours, and it got delayed. Delays for such prices are simply not acceptable.Don't call your service express, if you can't deliver like a real express.Customer service is slow and not responsiveThey have online chat which is offline even at 10am and not responding as well.Rude unprofessional customer service.
