Saunia Galerie Harfa

I am regular customer to Saunia since a year but never had a bad experience as today. The Girl in the reception was rude and unprofessional. Monday 30. January at 19:20. Hrs.

Great spot for relax. Amazing idea for wellness in shopping center. Modern look, great saunas, multiple options to try. Reasonable prices. Just do not go after 6 pm - much busier.

Beautiful inside. Premium looking. Not too big but enough for relaxation. 5 saunas, 2 dry mild and hot, 2 aufguss, mild and hot and 1 steam. A pool with cold water., Individual showers for privacy. You get a towel and a laying blanket.with entrance ticket included in the price. The changing rooms are split for women and men. There is a bar with enough chairs and good prices for drinks and small bites. There is a relaxation room with around 15 laying chairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they spoke very good English. I recommend..

Really nice place with big choice of saunas

DO NOT GO THERE, WARM WATER NOT WORKING. They are NOT planning to fix the warm water. You can take a look to other comments from 1 month ago or even earlier. When we asked the stuff they rudely answer that they know that, it happens when they receive many people (but they don’t give you any solution neither an answer when we asked if it will get fixed). I went there on a Wednesday evening, the place was less than half full. They don’t even notify you at the entrance, you find out later inside after paying their not cheap entrance fee.If they have capacity issues then it’s something for them to fix, definitely not the fault of the people.In addition, the floors where flooded and slippery. No one would do anything to fix it. I am very disappointed. If you like Saunia, I strongly recommend going to a different one where they would take better care of their customers :(

Finnish and Ceremonial saunas were very hot (which is good), unfortunately the floor was super hot too, despite the rubber mats. I got my feet burned a bit. Otherwise very nice and clean saunas, not crowded during working days. I only missed outdoor relaxation zone.

To this date I hold this sauna as the best in prague, you have the finnish sauna, the steam room, the tropical, the salt sauna, the ceremony sauna, the ice bath, an ice dispenser to take into the sauna, a cafe, its a very good package for the price. Everything is very well sanitized, I go every week for the ceremonies. The best guy there is Jacob!

Saunia at Galaria Harfa is a good place to spend the afternoon. The ceremonies were very good, we had three of them. But the chillout area is not very comfortable, quite small and very noisy because of the thin walls and doors.

Located upstairs in Galerie Harfa. An overall well laid out facility, making each procedure flow well. I was very impressed at how cold the cooling pool was. It was an efficient, colder, all-over body experience than many other pools I have visited - an instant dull ache followed by revitalisation. The facility boasts a modest but beautifully laid out Finnish sauna as well as the tropical sauna (imitating tropical humid climate). Very clean and a great overall ambience. CZ Multisport accepted.

Been a couple times once before Covid hit and twice after. Before the relax room smelled horrible, now it smells much better. However it is still way to small while the bar area is way too big. Saunas are good sized and usually not too full
