Being a daily customer I can state with confidence that some staff members (including the shop management) are consistently and genuinely unpleasant. Somehow they seem to always oust the nice assistents, these usually don't last long.

absolutely disgusting smell, there fridges are either broken or off meat is being sold..1 person serving..15 to 20 min queue.

Small grocery with the basic selection of all you need. I found couple of times things which were expired already, hence recommend to pay attention to the dates. If you want to have better prices for some items, you would need to ask to be the Billa Club member

As a tourist, I had a really bad experience buying food here. Even though I was trying to speak their language, they didn’t want to help out at all. The lady that worked there with short brown hair was really rude towards me and turned her back on me, literary. I’m from Spain and it’s really sad too see how I was treated today because I would never turn my back to people that are visiting my country. Thank god there was a really nice guy that helped me.

A bit tight a space, with a lot crammed in. The selection is fine, and the space is quite new and modern enough, however not all products have a price tag, and the aisles are narrow. There is some wait at the cashier desks, and the space fir lines is minimal. The staff looked nervous and kind of drained, not really welcoming.

Usually a good supermarkt, but today the cashier let me wait the whole time until I was next in line, and then she closed the gate right in front of me and said, sorry, it's closed now and I would have to go to the end of the long queue at the other desk that they just opened, and I had only ONE bottle on the belt. I asked them to accept me since I was already there, but they refused. Needless to say that I left the bottle and won't go there again. There are plenty of shops in the neighborhood and I'd rather walk 5 mins more for a better customer service.

Basically, if you have an issue with barely baked bread, and staff having loud conversations across the shop, or shoving past you to do their thing, avoid.

Some very nice staff and overall not bad food selection, but don't even bother going there between 6-7 pm on working day. Massive queue and 1 person at the cash desk. Save yourself some time, go to Albert nearby which has self-service checkouts.

Wish I can give zero. Horrible cashier. She was throwing the separator. Stated tripping my water bottle and wine bottle. When I asked why she has no reply then she was talking in Czech with the security and the other cashier and giggling. Felt extremely humiliated. This is how you behave with your tourist? Last time visiting you folks.
