If you want fast pick up, and your order is available here, much better experience then in the main Alza at Holešovice.Also helpful staff and free coffee so far, too.

Great experience with getting a new screen protector employee presented all the options explained the pros and cons of the product and made his recommendation which is best from my use. In approx the whole process took 15-20 minutes and he suggested that I should get a protective case for the back because it’s very expensive to change the camera. Alza should give this guy a raise!

Awful service. Always. No matter if busy or you ate in the shop alone, you will wait incredible long time. If you ask the staff who play on her phone or chatting with a friend another time, you will be told to wait more because they are busy. My last visit was just today. There were more staff than customers and the waiting time was again incredible long. Dealing with return of faulty item bought there and returned twice already (with purchased extra warranty) is similar story. I requested full return of evidently bad item but no! Not granted! It has to be fixed 3 or 4 times before you get your money back. When I complained on the Alza call centre, quiet rude lady told me that it is as it is. If I like, I can send written complaint and see, but as she add, there will be the same result.. After that, I surrender. Really bad place

It’s okay but I don’t recommend coming in the morning or after work. It’s usually packed and you wait forever for your order as they always seem to be understaffed. If you come in the evening or mid day it’s okay though they’re pretty helpful

Alza is probably the best company to buy stuff from they have fats deliveries to your home almost no line at the store and they have a thing called alzabox where they deliver it too and you oick it up in the nect 48 hours with a code to open the box and get your thing ist perfect!

Sometimes, the wait times here are pretty long, but if you have the Alza app, just start the pickup 3-5 minutes before you get there, and it usually is pretty fine.Other than that, Alza, in general, is okay, great, when you need something quick and their return policies and processes are pretty decent.
