I hired a car for four days while on holiday in Czech Republic. I can only recommend this company as both the information I was provided prior to coming to pick up the car as well as collecting the car and dropping it back was very smooth. It made all the difference to us as we had a busy schedule.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this company deserves it! I did a lot of research on a good rental company in Prague and Saas exceeded expectations. They provided delivery service right to the airport as well as two children’s car seats free of charge which were already installed on pick up - after a long day of flying, this was a huge bonus. The company also helped us acquire a pass to drive in Germany, making our visit to see family seamless. The vehicle was clean and in good working condition. Pick up and drop off was simple and the representatives were very patient/kind.We rented the vehicle for 11 days and the rate was unbeatable for all we received. The peace of mind was huge after reading such negative reviews about other car hire companies in Prague, specifically those offered at the airport.Will absolutely use this company again next time we come. Reliable service where you get exactly what is advertised. A company representative delivers the car to a specified address and picks it up at a specified address. They keep the agreed time. The check-out process is simple and fast. You know exactly what car you will get. Efficient e-mail communication with the office. I will definitely use the service again next time I am in Prague.

The car was fine, ordering went smooth, as well as the return of the warranty. I very much appreciated the pick-up and drop-off possibility anywhere in Prague. And when I had to change this, it went very easily as well.What stood out the most for me, was the responsiveness and the overall communication: always very friendly and helpful. One of the best car renting experiences I've ever had. Surprising process (we never set foot in their office, the car and an agent were waiting for us at the airport) but very quick and convenient. I also always received a quick answer when I emailed or called them with questions. The car was very basic (the lack of proximity sensors made parking in tight spots a little scary!) but it had a good engine and drove great.

Best car hire experience I’ve had. The car was delivered to my hotel and I dropped off at the airport. The agent was prompt and efficient, the car was as ordered and in good condition. Dealing with the company by mail or WhatsApp was easy and they were very responsive. The price was competitive and I’d definitely use them again
