They didnt want to serve any food at 19.35. While other people were still eating. What a pitty. Personal is also very unfriendly and they dont serve on their terras. Luckily we ate something their around 14 o clock which was fine, but nothing special.

I was on this place three days on End of year holidays,and the first impression was good but I'm very dissapointed due his false advertising.We payed an expensive room (same price as 4stars) for the room,special menu on end of year and a champagne bottle,but none of this was here.Horrorifing and tight buffet,expensive drinks and nothing more for end of year.The spa was in the same way.No room cleaning,unpleasant staff and all of this for 84€/night on two persons room.The place for skying is good.

Bouda Malá Úpa is among the best hotels/restaurants in this beautiful corner of Giant Mountains (Krkonoše). Indoor swimming pool, wellness, ski-lifts in close vicinity and even skating ring.. all in one place. And very good dining! The only restaurant serving glutein-free fried cheese I have ever seen! And more. Cool! They used to have Urquell on tap but recently replaced it with regional Krakonoš 12° and splendid Trautenberk 11°. Why not :-)

Very good (czech) restaurant and usually a free table available during lunchtime while all the other places are occupied and have a queue.

New rooms, great food, friendly service. Super close to the ski slope to the skibus stop to another ski slopes.

Staff were extremely unpleasant and rude. The food was not good, when I had spaghetti with sauce the spaghetti were swimming in water. A lot of the soups and foods were very sour or had an unpleasing taste. Rooms were quite ok except the rooms don't look the same as the pictures. The wellness was also really nice. But the staff. Terrible. When you don't finish your whole food they look at you as if you killed someone in front of them. I was here with my class and when we were about to leave one of my classmates got pushed and when the staff saw that he just straight up started cursing at us. Ridiculous. I wouldn't like to talk about the food prices but it has to be discussed. I know it's in mountains and food tends to be expensive but this was another level. Water was expensive. Food was expensive. It is all really expensive. The scenery is really nice you can see the highest mountain in czech republic. The stay it self wasn't all that bad. The beds were ok. Bathroom was in a pretty good condition. But the stay would be way better if the staff was nicer.

The working hours of the restaurant announced on the door are Mon - Sun 12:00 - 17:00. And when you come at 2 PM, you find it closed...

Soup had no taste, mashed potatoes looked and tasted like instant mashed potatoes. Same prices as Pivovar Trautenberk next door but inferior quality. Don't go here go to Trautenberk instead you'll be glad you did.

We wanted to try the wellness section. The signs on the door were ambiguous. Not a single word in English, German or French. You would also expect the staff in such a touristy place to have some kind of language skills. Well, they don't; they were not helpful at all.
