A lens ordered online, confirmed to pick up by 9:30am, went to the shop and they told me it is not available. Offered alternatives, Canon lens for Nikon gear but this is not what I wanted. Their online system should be much better in tracking their orders.

I have visited Prague and had a lot of shootings here. All tripods, softboxes, flash lights I rented here at Biofilms. I'm more than satisfied with the service, prices and products range. There was already the same review before. So I'll repeat it. Check Your gear before leaving. Twice from the toe to the top. Otherwise You'd finish paying for fixing after someone else. Nobody properly checked when I returned gear. Everything is OK?" and that's it. And in email communication You'd be told of course that the gear was fine on the pick up.Also check batteries and charging. Do not hope it will be 100% charged.I believe it's the best rental for filming and there is nothing else better in CZ. But if You think to rent something small

I would like to say I was satisified with the service but instead I was very dissapointed. We have rented 4 lights running on battery that were supposed to last for 4-5 hours. Only 2 of them were working, the other two were out of battery. We had them rented for a time-limited recording and with that we could not even go back and change them for different ones. So when we went back to return them and wanted a refund for the two that weren't workin they said that it was our fault, that we should have checked them before paying and won't give us a refund. We even had a video that showed low on battery and how it went out with a watermark time information an hour after getting it from the store. With the guarantee of 4-5 hours lasting time not even an half hour and lights were not usable. The production had to be changed and brought complications with filming because of this and they still charged us the full price. I recommend to check your lights on spot and even the lifetime of battery before you rent it. Also you should have them write up a protocol of them checking the lights and renting it from what time so there won't be any complications. Otherwise the other two lights were working but still did not help us.
