Everything all right. We got a well-equipped, almost new RV. The company is very flexible, can really deliver the car anywhere and even several last minute changes of the date due to COVID this year were not a problem.

Good experience. The motorhome was great. However it is not 100% insured, so be careful if you happen to have an accident, cause you'll have to pay some amount... Which makes no sense considering that is easy to have one due to the dimensions of the vehicle. Also, not very appealing that you have to pay the 100% of the renting days before you even pick it up, it makes you untrust the company if you come from another country.

We rented here a Motorhome for two weeks to explore Czech, but also up to the German cost line. We have been just amazed by how well equipped and how well maintain everything was. We felt home from the very first contact during the agreement creation, quick and detailed as well professional communication as well the personal notes that where given.As already said, the Motorhome itself is really alllllll in. From bed linen to towels to plates / pots, bicycles, camping chairs and tables, cables, and and and, down to toilet paper and dish washing soap. ALLLLL there.The Motorhome it self was 2 month old and like new, really great !!!The introduction by the provider was very complete and we got additional tips and tricks.We had a small incidence with something what fall out of the shelf and hit a damage in the table. Completely our false.Now there are two alternative to fix it, exchange the table and charge the client, or find a way to fix it as new. Normal provider would charge you a new table and do the hotfix. Not so here, they did a very good , as new fix, and only charged us the same. SO by that they saved us 600 Euro repair costs. This is just amazing and totally customer oriented.So all in all. The experience was excellent +++++:All the time again and fully to be recommended.Thanks to the Karavany team, and greetings from Petra and Michael.

Měli jsme karavan na Tenerife a vše bylo skvělé! Od prvního kontaktu vše probíhalo na jedničku. Pán co nám předával karavan byl velice ochotný, profesionální a lidský, poradil nám spoustu míst, byl nám po celou dobu pobytu k dispozici a hned po příletu navodil tu správnou atmosféru. Karavan byl jako nový, čístý a s kompletním vybavením. Celkový dojem s touto firmou je nadstandardní, takhle má vypadat klientský servis! Rozhodně doporučuji a děkujeme.

It was our second time. Need to say, the service got even better from one year to another. In both cases It was Great Experience. Since booking, payments, through picking up the car the same as drop off. Team is willing to organize every step to ease the whole process. Cars are in very good, even excellent shape. In the overall, Karavany Cesko focuses on making people experience as good as possible and let people enjoy the different type of living as much as they can! We have rented a caravan to go for some spring skiing in Austria. We could not be more happy about our experience! Everything was just right, and most things even better than expected.Let's start with reservations. Clear and concise communication, friendly and flexible. Even at last minute, the team were very forthcoming and made everything easy for us. Clear points to score there.Looking at the booking cost and value for money, great match there. The best possible experience ever.Very fast communication, car was ready for next day after 1st call.Camper was about 1 year old with like 15K km. Lot of space for everything needed for long term trip. Equipped with all camper stuff like BBQ, chairs, table...Camper has lot of power, going in cruise control mode 130 km up hill easilly.Check-in done in 30 minutes including wireless payment option. Check out done in 15 minutes even if returning with small damage of bike rack (not considered as extra costs or lsot of deposit by them!!!).Would do with no others next time, these guys are just GREAT!
