This currency exchange place was recommended by my hostel, first time I went there was no problem, the exchange rate was slightly higher than other currency exchange places. This place does not give you any receipt.However the second time I went, I asked for the exchange rate, the guy told me it was 10 euro to 24 koruna, what??? Are you kidding me? You mean one right, then he said 1 euro to 24 koruna..... That's crazy

They tried to trick me with a lower rate and tried to haggle the rate, but I insisted them to give me the rate advertised in their website and in the end they did it. After that I had to also ask them to give me a receipt because they were not going to. On the next window the guy was very rude to another customer. It was a very stressful and unpleasant experience, but in the end I got the money correctly and the transaction was satisfactory.

I've come here for over 7 years and have always been given the best rate in Prague / 0% commission. Whenever someone visits Prague, I always recommend them this place. They are friendly, helpful and offer you smaller bills if you prefer. Anytime I needed a currency they didn't have/if they didn't have the right amount, they made calls so that I could get what I needed in a timely manner. I also always get more money than I expected. Their rates are simply the best. 10/10 - best exchange office in Prague.
