Hi guys. I was in this clinic on 25.04. I had to have my tooth removed. Artiom Kazakov (owner) was in charge of it. He did it quickly and almost without problems, his professional skills are good. BUT other things were driving me crazy. I kindly asked him to wash his hands before procedure, because he was smoking cigarets, while I was waiting for anesthesia to take effect. He didn’t do it and just start operation like he doesn’t hear a thing. Whole process take about 15 minutes, Artiom was in a hurry, showing no respect at all, giving no recommendations, not asking questions, etc. I left Artstom but 5 min later decided to comeback and take recipe for antibiotics (because he didn’t even clean my wound after getting tooth removed and his hands smelled like a cigar from Cuba. It's cool, but not in the workplace.) So, after 5 minutes he already left the building and I have to talk and discuss all that stuff with another doctor, who was perfect. Long story short - do not come to Artiom Kazakov, think twice about whether you need such an attitude, btw price for get 1 tooth removed - 2700, not that cheap. Have a nice day!

They didn’t accept my son for an emergency case and routed me to Motol, which no longer has kids teeth emergency.

The first time I came to the clinic the doctor treated my tooth well. That’s why when later I had issue with another tooth I came there again. But unfortunately the doctor who did the procedure (plomb) first time was not working there anymore and I was very unlucky to be treated by another doctor (Kazakov).First of all no X-ray was done to check my tooth, he just put the plomb. After some time the tooth started to hurt more and more so I came again and he said (after the X-ray) that the nerves should be removed (sealed). He did the procedure. Later on I started to have again issues with the tooth. I had fistula. So obviously I went there again. They tried to open the tooth and roots to treat and re-do the procedure (reseal). It was very long process. There were no necessary instruments to re-open the roots and I had to wait while they were ordering them. Then, finally, when the I nstruments were there they could not reopen the roots, it was painful, no microscope was used (not sure if they have one, at that moment I didn’t know that it should be used in such procedure). Everything was done manually there were no special instruments which are helping to open sealed roots. In the end the doctor has invited another doctor to do this. Somehow they managed to open roots and put medicament and again sealed the roots and tooth.Unfortunately, I started again to have an issue. The tooth wasn’t hurting but when I touched it I felt some discomfort.I didn’t want to go to this clinic anymore, as it was obvious that they don’t know what they are doing. I went to another clinic to check. And on X-ray it showed that in my root there was an instrument left by the doctor and it’s started inflammation. And they didn’t even said me that the instrument has broken and it had to be removed. Obviously, they couldn’t do it because they don’t have required equipment and I doubt if they even have experience to do this. But if they would not hide this I would rather go to another clinic straight away and treat it properly. But now after more than one year I have to treat the tooth again. I just hope that now another doctor can save me the tooth. And yes I spent in Artstom ~ 10k, and now I need to spend much more.I totally agree with all the comments about smoking, rush and that doctor is not sensitive, did not explain anything and even more hidthat I have broken instruments (they were 4 pieces there!) in the tooth.Definitely, I can’t recommend this clinic after such a terrible experience. Maybe it depends on the doctor but I would not play roulette.I hope that my comment will help someone and save from such an experience which I was unlucky to have there.

Great team of staff, welcoming and professional! They take new patients. You can communicate via email and phone. Prices are fair. Can pay by card and/or cash (it's a private clinic so it's expected you pay)I only went here because they have helped my husband with his pain. And done his root canal. The fillings are immaculate.

I'm already scared of dentist like hell, and her behaviour didn't help at all, it's like she's in a hurry to a party. You have your 30 minutes(including everything) for a tooth extraction, and you even get threatened: if it's not done in 30 minutes you go out like that and you probably will need a surgery from a different dentist" because they don't perform such services there. Price for such a bad service and behavior is over 3000kc for a tooth extraction. The toothache after the extraction didn't let me sleep for a week

I was in terrible pain due to my top 8th being in bad shape. Had emergency appointment done for day after. During day of meeting received a call, asking if I am confirming my arrival in late evening ( scheduled 7:30 pm- very flexible ). Once I arrived, I was taken immediately for x-ray, after that to the doctor. And I can tell with hand on my heart - she was the most caring and sweet human being I have ever seen. When I got my usual panic attack, she would wait and calm me down, asking me to breathe slowly. After I chilled she removed my tooth and I did not even realize how and when it was gone!! All lasted for 20 seconds or so! I saw other people putting negative comments for the clinic- and now I am glad I did not take them into consideration before arrival. You should not neither. Thank you doctor for great service today, I will be back with another teeth :)))

I went there 3 times on emergency situations. 2 - perfect, 1 - much worse.2 times were perfect. The doctor (female) helped me out on 2 occasions. One was correctly diagnosing dental pocket pain and giving good advise about how to wash it properly. The second was helping with acute pain and correctly explaining the cause. The third time was much worse (different from 2 other times, male doctor). I needed my crowns fixed. The job was done, but the doctor was impatient, in a hurry, and rude. I did not manage to display a correct bite, and he got quite angry at me. He said come back if it does not fit you" and that was basically it."

I strongly advise you not to go there. In an emergency situation I went to this place for help. It is true, I got an appointment quickly. However, the doctor started an invasive treatment without carrying out a thorough diagnostics and it turned out that the reason for the pain was a completely different tooth. Because of this unprofessional approach, I have to treat two teeth instead of one, not to mention the costs.

Last summer, we traveled from Croatia to Prague on holiday and unfortunately, even before the trip, problems started: inflammation of a previously treated tooth, which was repaired with antibiotics. During the trip, two more teeth became inflamed.It was a huge relief when I found out that I could be admitted to the Artstom clinic. Luckily my dentist from Zagreb sent me an ortopan. It took three visits: the endodontic treatment of the necrotic root canal (tooth 5) and extraction (tooth 8); and then the holidays truly began!I can wholeheartedly recommend the dentists from the clinic, for their professionalism, kindness, excellent communication, cleanliness of the clinic, as well as reasonable prices. I am grateful from the bottom of my heart that they helped me!

If you need to seek emergency, do not go there! First they ask you at the reception if you have an appointment?otherwise they won’t accept you. Truly an emergency place… Once you get it, the nurse picks you up and directs towards xray room (you do not even get to speak to the doctor first!) which they charge 600 automatically otherwise they cannot treat you. And first thing doctor advises you that they will give you antibiotics just to be sure as it is Friday. 10k all together for a painful tooth and this approach - i left immediately… full of Russians nurses, doctors, receptionist (almost not understandable Czech and ridiculous “private” clinic approach). I do not have problems paying extra for additional and good care, but this institution is just arrogant. My dentist charges 300 for xray of patients without insurance, 600???without even speaking to the specialist. Money bank for sure…
