Great clean and well equipped rooms. Freshly refurbished

A very nice guest house to stay overnight. Big rooms with very nice bathrooms - ours had a bath! Towels and soap available. Clean and quiet. A jug of fresh water with lemon and mint was waiting for us when we arrived at 1 at night, so it was really chilling after driving all day. In the morning we could make tea as different kinds were available in the room and the kettle as well. And most of all, a very kind and helpful manager, who called us back very late in the evening to offer and adjust rooms to our group. So, I really, really recommend this place for families which travel around Europe. We made our booking late in the evening but it all worked out and we will definitely come back to this place. Thank you very much!!!

Worst customer experience ever. Upon confirmation of late check in at 1 am, we got blocked outside due to door malfunction, we managed to enter only at 5am thanks to a guest. We tried to contact the reception number on the door that never answered. The staff was very rude and kept on calling us liers, that we have brain problems, that we don't use our brain and that we are crazy, What happened it's very easy to prove on security cameras, every time we were using logic, we got insults. At a certain point communication language switched to Czech telling us in Czech Republic you gotta speak Czech. In the description it's stated they speak English and Czech, plus it's tourism industry I guess English is kind of expected from both sides.When we asked to meet the boss and directly talk about the issue, we stopped to receive answer and never had one.Heaters not working. And wi fi was going on and off.We were denied a refund because, even if entering at 5 and losing one night, we actually entered the room and used the service at a certain point, so the fact that we had to deal with a malfunction and we basically skept a night was not even slightly taken into consideration, neither from a financial point of view neither from a simple attempt of dialogue that could have led to mutual understanding.The lady that was there as intermediary had a strong smell of alcohol and kept on saying she couldn't help us and denied us contact with the boss.I wish no one to have the same experience.Weekend completely ruined. I hope my experience is one these exceptions that run the rule.ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.
