If its possible to rated zero I will do because of bad customer service and unprofessional manger , she refused to give us the tax refund documents without any reason or explanation , when I came to change the clothes that I bought as the size doesn't fit and I bought extra shirts and I paid more money than the first Bill, you loss a client!

Long queue, poor customer serviceTried to change a damaged t-shirt (a hole from alarm system), didn't get any help from assistants, my damaged t-shirt goes back to stock. All other t-shirts has damages too

Don’t buy there before thinking twice! They don’t refund money in any of their shops! They just give back a gift card so you can buy by same amount of money new things. Like I’m a tourist and I asked a girl on the cash desk if I can bring clothes back on the next day and she said “yes”, but didn’t mention how it works. So now I have a f****** useless card instead of my money. Disrespect
