The business is legit friendly fast and supports large amount exchange. occasionally a queue but is worth the wait. They exchange all common currencies additionally some uncommon. Highly recommended speaking as a local and a foreigner

The lady working in the first window should realize that sometimes person could be so tired and washed out from the energy that can make some mistake in terms of counting! She doesn’t need to be that rude specially when that person says sorry very polite way !!!!! Lost one of the most loyal customer !

I've been going there for years. Even got the VIP card which means they give you a better exchange rate. Everything was fine untill the August 2020. They stopped giving a better rate when I gave them my VIP card and their excuse was we don't have time for a vip exchange rate which was the only reason I went to that exact exchange office.

The only place in the whole Prague so far as I know who exchanges Taiwanese dollar, Japanese dollar and some Asian or rare currencies.The rate is not as good as the “eXchange” but if you’re gonna eXchange your own county’s currency, this would be the best place.By the way, exchange Euros still highly recommend to go to “eXchange” with VIP coupon (which you can easily find it in google

Rude and wanted to cheat.I came there I asked for what the dollar rate was and the lady told me to show if I have new or old dollars. Tried to give me a different rate then was on the board.

Girl or woman tries to cheat and steal money, gives wrong amount. When you say she has made mistake, she pretends it happened accidentally ( bad actress).Few years ago i didn't face scam there.
