Arogantní obsluha. Naprostý nezájem o zákazníka. Po předchozí už jednou nabité zkušenosti jsem udělala tu chybu, že jsem do prodejny vůbec vstoupila. Sama jsem se pohybovala v místnosti s oblečením. Po dotazu, zda prodavačky ani nezajímá, zda chci něco koupit, jsem dostala odpověď, že mne sledují z kamer a mé chování vyhodnotily jako nevhodné se se mnou vůbec zabývat - přes zapocelé brýle jsem si totiž v prázdné místnosti odkryla roušku.

Výborný, že si platíte na Google mapách reklamu na tuhle pobočku. Od zítra zavřeno, ale už dneska nic nemáte, úplně zbytečná cesta.

I am positively surprised to find a good shop with adequate prices right in the center of Prague. It has decent selection for people who do mountaineering. It is worth the visit!

They try to trap The tourists. They have a sale notice board at the gate so I asked about a specific brand if it was under sale. The cashier girl couldn't answer straight away and after checking on their computer said that some of the models are on the sale and some not. So I went to the sales girl and asked her to show me only the models which are under sale according to their computer. But then sales girl said that there are no models which are under the sale. When I went back to the cashier for the explanation I was given a ridiculous answer that the salesgirl doesn't know English. I simply don't understand what has a language barrier to do with the registered price of their stock.Anyway since I was buying that product a set of Leki walking poles for my disabled mother and since it was an urgency I decided to buy it without any discount. But then it was a height of their bad service & I very much think that they try to trap tourists. At the cashier I was told that the price of those poles are even more than what is registered on the product! After that I simply left the shop. It was very disappointing because some locals had recommended me this shop.I can well understand that mistakes happen but it is rare to happen consecutively within 10 minutes. And apart from that I don't know the rules of this country but in my country even if the prize was wrong mistakenly on the product, the shop is obliged to charge the written price. In our country you don't even need to ask or argue.Very disappointed with this shop.

Poor custer service. Dont buy anything in this shop. They will not inform you about return policies and on top their manager on shift of 27.6.22 was arrogant. I will never buy from them again. I was client, but i will speak poorly about them going forward. On top, they have highet prices on the market. Shame
