Komerční banka, pobočka

U komerčky jsem už dlouho, s bankou nemám problém ale dnes se mi stalo už po třetí, že měla tato pobočka zavřeno 15 minut před zavřením. Nestíhám se na pobočku po škole dostat dříve. Je smutné že si člověk nemůže ani změnit podmínky na účtu které se nedají vyřešit v mobilní bance

One of the worse banks in the Czech Republic to have an account with. Lots of hidden charges in everything though they will show you many attractive schemes slowly you will realize that you are been paying many hidden fees... Secondly they are not at all eco-friendly, every time you use any service they will print lots of paper and its just a waste...I recommend trying other banks which are way better with better schemes and much more eco-friendly...I guess this bank is still in the market because of the good behavior of the stuff...

Banka nemá na Google vyvěšenou správnou otevírací dobu. Mají nově od 1.10. polední pauzu mezi 12-13, takže jsem se vydal do města zcela zbytečně.Největší pobočka na jižní Moravě a neumí zajistit provoz přes oběd. Vítejme zpět do socialismu!!!

The worst experience so far, I have accounts in several Czech banks and this one is the worst of the worst. A lot of hidden charges that and incompetent people work there, application is just *vomits*, in order to log in to the application I have to fill in my password every time, they don't know what customer service and modern technologies are.UPD: you cannot cancel your account online, btw it's 2022... If you're thinking to create an account in this bank, please DON'T the market must destroy such services, they don't deserve clients. I don't want to promote other banks, but the best bank in Czech Republic so far is Vzduch bank" :). If KB wants to be a competitor look at these guys

The worst bank ever! Do not use them. I repeat: do not use this bank. Procedures are extremely rigid. The so-called Relationship Manager is of no help whatsoever!

In my experience, Komerčká is a pretty good bank. If you are a student you get a free account- just make sure to bring your ISIC and study confirmation. Internet banking is great, everything is very straightforward- mobilní banka is a great app, as well as mojebanka. You can even use it to update you documents (most of them).You can even easily make international transfers online. If you are a foreigner, getting you documentation in order can be somewhat frustrating, but the people at the bank are willing to help you out. Also- deposit ATMs are great. Would recommend :-)
