A nice bar in a luxurious atmosphere and the prices are definitely luxurious, the employees are very nice, although as soon as I finished the first drink they asked me a little too much for my taste if I wanted to order something else, maybe it's because I was sitting at the bar and the place was a bit dead on a Sunday evening, the cocktails are made excellent and to see the The bartending in action was simply art. The chips and popcorn that are served right at your seat contain milk powder and I apologized immediately when I mentioned that I am a vegan, the nut mix also contains milk but the olive coquette was perfectly fine for me and a very respectable amount was served, I recommend the place to people who like luxury alcohol and high class cocktail lovers.

Týnská Bar and Books has a very nice atmosphere. They have a large selection of whiskey and many other drinks as well. They also have a menu for cigar purchases.The bar and cigar area are separate from each other so you cannot smoke at the bar. The cigar area is small and only a few tables so it is possible that you might need to wait for a spot to open up. You can of course have drinks at the bar while you wait.I enjoyed my time there and would likely go again.

Came here after a disappointing experience at Black Angels Bar. This is a really nice understated bar that is confident in their drinks menu and curated atmosphere. If you’re into cigars, there’s also an attached bar specializing in cigars which I would have loved to check out. I absolutely loved the music in here and our drinks were enjoyable if a bit on the pricier side for Prague. But this is probably due to the fact that they use upper shelf liquor for basically all their cocktails so it makes sense. Would totally go back here! Good quiet place for a date.

We were there last Sunday! Great athmosphere, it was a great experience! Great drinks and comfortable bar. Our server Lisa was great!! She suggested some coctails that we loved.Definitely will come back again for great service! and of course drinks :)

New favourite bar! If only I lived in Prague! Cocktails were amazing, they give you a little bowl of nuts which the lovely waitress refilled! We also had the mixed platter which was very good and reasonably priced! The atmosphere is very relaxed and the interior is so cosy. If you're looking for a nice cocktail bar, go here!

Been to Bar and Books in Warsaw as well. This bar never dissapoints!Best bar for cigars and excellent drinks with unique gentleman atmosphere.However, I didn't like the waiters who were a bit too young and inexperienced. They didn't fit the overall atmosphere.

A night to remember. The best cocktail bar in Prague. I am claiming this place as my absolute favorite cocktail bar to visit while in Prague. Enjoyed their selection of fine cigars and equally importantly their cocktails are out of this world. Michal is at the helm of this ship and he not only brings class and elegance to the experience but also his ability to create cocktails based on your preferences is art. My whole family and friends always insist on making a few visits while in Prague to Tynska Bar and books. We will be back this summer so we will be sure to book a table. A recommendation for those who truly want to experience something unique ask for seatings at the bar but be sure to get there early, it gets quite popular past 2100! Thank you for an amazing service.

Had a blast at this beautiful bar. Service was exceptional, drinks were tasty (great cocktail and spirits list) and really enjoyed our cigars. The cigar expert did a great job walking us through the options and she was really knowledgeable. Our favorite bar when visiting Prague. If you are a cigar smoker it’s a must visit.

Nice and private atmosphere in the loud city center. The prices are premium, but so is the service. The whiskey tasting menu is of top quality. Also, if a cocktail is not on the menu, simply ask!
