If I could give a zero I would. We walked in and there was no one at the front desk so we continued to the bar. As soon as we walked in there was a woman behind the counter that immediately started yelling at us. We are originally from America but living in Germany. My husband speaks English and German but was unable to understand what she was saying. A man had just left to walk to the back and he came back to translate for us. He told us she was telling us that we could not stay. We asked why. She said we would have to register and get a card. We told her that we would be willing to do that. They she said again we could not stay that only the slots were open. We told her we only wanted to play slots. Again, she said we could not stay. Again, we asked why and she asked if we had our passports and we said yes. Finally my husband had gotten upset and said we would go spend our money elsewhere. Staff EXTREMELY rude.
