Very polite staff but it is a shame that the clients have no right to use the parking. It is really difficult in that place and around to find somewhere to park the car. I just couldn't believe that there is a huge - I want to insist on the word huge"- place as parking in the building but the clients can't use it for 20 or 30 minutes while they have some affairs there. Honestly it makes me rethink about Allianz because if they don't think about such a simple service how they can be a good insurance for further service?"
