Very rude and racist place i went there with my daughter to buy her some clothes and there was a security guard there next to the escalator that goes down and we were about to go down and that guard said it was closed so we went to the counter and asked this lady to come to help and she said that you cant go down and that the kids section was closed while other white people were peacefully going down with their family’s and when we asked that lady to stop being racist she said she will be racist very sarcastically and very rudely and asked us to leave the shop immediately before it closed and also she said that the people that went down will come up in 5 mins and that there are also guards downstairs but we didn’t believe her and we kept on complaining and around 10 mins went by and still know one came so this is a really bad rude and racist place really don’t recommend to go there

Clean, not crowded and typical HM. As usual I do appreciate friendly stuff, price per value ratio. Finally the stuff has always been lgbt friendly there. So go in now you get sget special offer when registred via their apps.

Terrible terrible customer service at this branch. A male employee was extremely rude to us when we asked if they had men’s section for no reason at all. So we decided not to buy anything and walked out! Providing bad service is one thing, but disrespecting customers is a whole new level.

Limited stock, there are better H&M s in other part of Prague. Cash desk is not efficient.

It’s quite a big shop with women’s clothes, shoes, bags, cosmetics and accessories. It is located on Vaclavske namesti in a very beautiful historical building; however, you cannot notice it inside the shop. Stands with clothes are too close to each other, and if there are just a few more people near the same stand, it is very difficult to move around it. Stands with shoes and bags are often in a mess and very dusty. In general, it looks pretty untidy, and I’m not sure if someone would like to buy a dirty pair of shoes, even if the price is low. This shop is still ok for quick shopping when you know what to buy, but it doesn’t have a nice atmosphere to choose it for a proper shopping. Opposite to this shop, the branch in Myslbek (in about 10 min walk) looks cleaner and nicer.

Very bad this spécifique shop. I have been in different H&M shop à never experienced this . But this one have a bad employees. When you are ready to pay no one to attend to you. The alarme will be ringing to let them know that someone is ready to pay but still no one. I don't thing it is right. I even go to talk to some employe that I 'am ready to pay. She was like OK and continu to do what she was doing and the alarm was still ringing. I suppose if the shop is open it mean that you guys are ready to serve the customer.

I bought a dress, and when I came home, it was dirty from the inside, then when I want turn it back they refused to return the dress only because there was no size sheetAlthough there is a purchase invoice
