Just visited this showroom today and my experience was complete disaster. During whole aprox 20 minutes i spent there, noone from 8-10 employees bothered to say hello or ask if I have any wish. I expect something completly different when I am considering to spend 11k EUR for a sofa and another 4k for office chair. Never again.

I wanted to go visit the showroom for the new EA 119 office chair and I ended up with the store being closed for technical reasons?! No idea what that means and this was no where mentioned on the website. That is what I call poor customer service at its best. When you spend 100.000 CZK + on a single chair I expect more and to be able to see the product before I purchase it. For Vitra products this is not acceptable and I’ll make sure I order this over Ambientedirect at least they have proper opening hours.
