Cozy and clean rooms with a nice shower. In my opinion the beds could be a little softer. The breakfast was okay and the staff was helpful. The location was really quiet with some restaurants and bars around. It's about 15 minutes with the tram to the city center. All in all I can recommend this hotel.

It is what it is - a cheap hotel with minimalistic rooms. The room was super clean and nice. Service was really helpful. Breakfast is subpar at best, it needs just a tad bit more effort. But again, you get exactly what u bargain for. A cheap, clean place to stay with a great location.

Very simple and nice hotel, very close to the city center and the main attractions of the city. The lady at the reception is very nice, and she was happy to see my effort to speak a bit of czech (I'm italian) :).

We arrived to a room that was in need of care and looking after, the paint was coming off the walls , the curtains didn’t keep any light out , the doors on wardrobes were damaged and the room was very dusty. The next morning breakfast was very poor very minimal choices and the staff wasn’t very welcoming . After breakfast we went to get showered and ready for the day and there was no water and when it came back it was brown water . After this we decided to leave and complain about the hotel standard and the response we received was ‘ you booked the worst hotel in Prague what did you expect’

Friendly stuff, a little old equipment, the breakfast was all right. Basically it's a simple cheap option, if you don't have big needs. The thicker curtain still let some lights in from the street, which can be a problem if someone doesn't sleep well. The receptionists were kind and helpful.

This is a place you go to if your standard is I don't want cockroaches under my bed".We arrived at 5 pm and no one was at the desk. We had to call the emergency number

Quiet neighborhood, not too close to the Old Town Square, but very well connected with public transport. Also it's close to the Prague main station, which is convenient when traveling. They're very family friendly, have a tasty healthy breakfast and the staff are motivated and helpful. We enjoyed a clean room, free WiFi and they even have an elevator (which is super helpful with lots of luggage and not a given in old buildings).

I wish I could rate this hotel a 0 !!!First of all, nobody at the hotel speaks any English. That would have been fine, if the receptionist didn't ask us if we spoke RUSSIAN! Russian, you guys ... in the middle of Europe, they asked us if we spoke Russian. They don't speak English, so they cannot and honestly don't help you with anything.Second of all, the room was absolutely horrendous. The bed was terrible, you couldn't sleep in it without waking up the next day with terrible neck and back pain. The toiled wasn't working and flushing properly. The furniture looked ancient and really low-quality.The breakfast was below average. Nothing special, everything - tasteless. And finally, let me tell you about the rudest service from the owners of the hotel (I assume, we actually never met him, only spoke with him on the phone). We arrived in Prague at midnight, 00:30, had just entered the country and of course, we didn't have local phone numbers at that time (we had internet tho). The hotel was closed and nobody was in the reception. Our tourist company that booked our trip said that the hotel didn't have any warnings about late-night check-in on their booking, so she assumed we would be let in without problems. On the contrary ... we were standing outside of the hotel, with 20kg backpacks, in the freezing cold, buzzing the reception for like 20 minutes. After much knocking and buzzing the buzzer, I think one of the guests heard us from the inside and they must have called the owner and we finally got buzzed in. The owner called the reception phone right after we got buzzed in and I answered it .... when I tell you, how rude, ignorant, and absolutely unwelcoming that guy was ... the worst attitude! he kept screaming over the phone why are you knocking on the door

very nice hotel both inside and out. the lady at the reception is very kind and nice. breakfast offers many choices and has flexible hours. the rooms are normal and the hot water in the shower comes right away. the room service is exceptional (every day or new towels, and the sheets were put right. Hotel also very close to transport stops that allow you to get to the center in 10 minutes or otherwise in 30 minutes of walking. nice hotel, ve I advise
