Waited 35 minutes for them to accept the order from Wolt, which in the end didn't happen. People there cannot even click a simple button to accept order from a simple screen. Just a joke.Overall, I'm glad it happened since I didn't eat their overpriced artificial burgers anyway.

This venue has recently started offering free sundaes for a 5 star review.Rating was 3.2 stars before they started buying these reviews (with sundaes that aren't that good I might add) and it deserved it because of poor management and constant mislabeling of orders.

Ordered ahead online through the BK app. When I arrived to pick up, the staff was polite and pleasant in handling my request to change my drink option, so I was happy :)) 5 stars for customer service at Anděl Nový Smíchov location.But my overall rating would be 4 stars only, due to a few reasons:1) it took longer than expected time on the app for my order to be actually ready in person, even though app incorrectly shows my order is ready based on the expected time for pickup, but this is not accurate at all.2) I was not notified via app or email/sms when it was finally ready for pickup. I had to track status of my order in person on the screen above pick-up point. My order doesn't even show up on screen 'as preparing' until a while after ordering. So there is a huge delay between communication between app and store.3) it was confusing to find the correct BK on the app since I could not search by name (Novy Smíchov) on the app but only by address, so I had to Google the address, which was annoying.The location feature on the app needs improvement, as well as accuracy in notification for when the order is actually ready.

over priced with nothing like pictures i order double texas BBQ with extra bacon, it came with 1 bacon in half, first half between meat and secon on top, the meat is small.i ask the employee there about this and tge answer that on this way we are preparing the burger

Tldr: BK using it's name brand to sell really cheap foodMy Ukrainian wife really wanted to try Burger King and I saw they had the royal Chicken sandwich and told her it was very good. She got the royal Chicken and I got the royal Chicken deluxe. Wow, what a huge disappointment. The chicken patty is the equivalent of a cheap $1.5 value menu chicken like what you'd get in America, NOT the actual nice hunk of chicken breast deep fried like the actual royal Chicken in America. Basically this is just BK using their brand name and image to get people to buy their food while apparently giving the cheapest option available knowing that people over here probably won't know the difference.To top it off the burger was very small and the fries were stale. Spend your $15 somewhere else, anywhere else!
