Never again! The two stars are just for the interior of the restaurant and one of the two waitresses that we had that visit (14.7) - I believe her name was Hanka (short dark hair). The other waitress (young and blonde) was pretty arrogant and not really there. When we asked for her opinion, she didn’t recommend anything and didn’t really help us with the order. We waited an hour for our order with no apology, even tho the restaurant was completely empty and they had just the outside area to take care of. Other people that came after us got their meals before us.The food was ok for a restaurant that is trying to cook Mexican food, but I would never call it Mexican food. The enchiladas we ordered were very hard, crispy and crunchy like if we were eating nachos, which is wrong! They didn’t have lot of drink options that they offer in their menu. We were really disappointed and the service and food was definitely not worth the money we spent over there.

After a huge family dinner for 8 ppl and GIVING a tip the waiter came to our table and asked (in front of everyone) if everything was ok, since we gave such a small tip. Definately not coming in again, never had such an unpleasant experience. The food was ok, service sucks.

The food was very disappointing . The food tasted exactly how it looked, unseasoned and terrible. The first photo is the picture on the menu of the item, and the second one is what we got.

Food was excellent, waitress was nice, but even though the restaurant was empty, the cocktail took like 15 minutes, Tasted awful and was not even close to the picture

The best Mexican food I’ve found since moving to the Czech Republic from Texas. Everything was outstanding - except the margaritas. Maybe the world-class chef who works here doesn’t drink - no matter, Pepe Lopez has outstanding food & atmosphere... and is the FIRST restaurant we will visit next time we’re in Karlovy Vary. (Original review, Jan-2018)March 2019 update: I’m so excited to see they took our feedback to heart and now use El Jimador as their go-to tequila!!! Their margaritas are still a little martini-ish, but worlds better than last year. I love this place even more now! Thanks Pepe!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! two waitresses were so rude to me and a friend all because I changed my mind and wanted to pack my food in a to go box. Food was tasty but those two waitresses are not worth to coming back to that place.

The place has potential to be good, the prices are affordable and they have good variety. The only and BIG problem is the unfriendly Personal… the waiters and the people who is working there is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. If I would be the owner I would never hire such a people. I was there for 30 secs and just crossing couple words with the workers… just left immediately. Don’t go. There are other options around.

Food is really delicious and atmosphere is really nice, will return to this place for food.Below are the things I didn’t fully enjoySauces are home made(apart from the red one -was more ketchup like , so not my fav)Strawberry margarita- too much agave and ice - didn’t feel any alcoholService- waitress was super sweet, but there was another waiter and he was really rude to me and was just throwing things at the table
