First things first - one of the best customer service in general aviation/ATO company which I've got since beginning of my pilots career (more than 10 years)I have accomplished FI(H) rating in Lion Helicopters at the beginning of 2023. I have to admit despite of difficult situations (weather, short time, instructor availability etc.) company managed to prepare whole training and at the same time, still level of training was high. It gave me new knowledge and skill which definitely changed my perspective and made me better pilot.Last but not least I need to say about people who work there, Jan (two of them :)), Alain, Vratia, Marketa, Dominika, Peter and probably more who I couldn't met - very kind and open minded people with joy and passion for flying.
