Do not go here i had a terrible experience while visiting prague I wouldn’t recommend they literally told me one price than charged another and then locked me and my friends inside (we were the lat customers) until i paid the higher amount

NEVER AGAIN THERE! I went there and that idiot trimmed my nail so hard that injured part of my finger, there was even blood coming out! And guess what, now it is infected!!! Then she didn't even make them nice, she asked me 400 CZK, I told her after this I am giving you 350. She said no, gave me 600 change and left. Totally unprofessional behavior, definitely not going back!

Do not go here! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm visiting from Canada and I hope the rest of the nail salons are not like this. Absolutely the worst. Sloppy job too. Trust the reviews and spend your money elsewhere.

Three weeks ago I did a gel manicure there and it's good but the procedure was awful and not hygienic. The guy was not using completely clean tools, even he was using his own nails to remove material from mine! Disgusting! Also the color was not the one I asked.

The positive thing is that they always have a place for you even without registration and they work fast, like a mani-pedi can be done in 40minutes total, and they have a nice massage chair. The not-so-positive thing is that they speak broken Czech, almost no English, only accept Cash, generally won’t give a bill and if you fail to communicate/show what you wanted, you’ll end up receiving some different result. Being very fast, the quality is often overlooked. Nice location and if you really have a nails-emergency, then it’s ok to go.

It was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. They had no concept of good customer service; everyone there was very, very rude and on top of that, the paint job was terrible. I did the best I could to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I will not ever step foot back in there again.

Chodím sem na doporučení kamarádky již několik let. Za tu dobu se prostředí ještě vylepšilo. Vše čisté a voňavé. Nejlepší manikér je rozhodně pan Honzík.
