Interesting interior. This caffee is slightly hidden. You have to go through a small tunnel that connects two streets in order to find it. I only tried the coffee which was very tasty.It is slightly more expensive than other cafés in the city, but less expensive than others in the centre which offer a worse quality products and are tourist traps.I would recommend coming here.

Very bad servise, they took my cup right after I barely finished my coffee. When I wanted to pay, it took them a long time to charge me and they did not even say 'thank you, bye'... Rude.

Service was robotic" and not very kind..and credit cards are not accepted..otherwise "passage " is nice and relatively simple

The staff looked and behaved annoyed, so we had to leave the place without ordering. Luckily, there are much better service, interior and desserts at Cafe Platyz a few steps away.

Appalling customer service - first the waiter complained I moved chairs so we could sit comfy (for some reason he really love his chairs and was very touchy about them). Then refused to serve ice cream on it's own despite having it on the menu (he would serve ice cream with coffee). I was there with my 3 year old and was very blunty told they prefer not to have kids there. To me, this is incredibly rude at best but in reality it's really a discriminatory behaviour towards young families. The last straw was that they charge for tap water (which in this country costs next to nothing). At least the coffee and cake was decent, so that's one star extra.Unfortunately, until they impove the customer service and revisit their obsolete policies, I will be take my custom elsewhere.

Cozy place with a variety of delicious coffees and wines and many more. Great location in a heart of Prague. I recommend! Super friendly and helpful staff
