Unprofessional behavior, poor quality, triple the price for the service compared to the competition.The barber talked me unto his “summer” haircut, used the most gel I have seen in my life, made my hair hard like a rock. Had to wash it three times before all was gone. Despite the experience, the haircut does not suit me at all.Moreover, the staff used the familiar way of talking “tykání”, and the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional, especially when I accidentally looked at her in the mirror, asking me what I was looking at.Competition charges the same price for double quality service, as the barber washed the hair only at the ned of the service, then told me to dry the hair myself and did not follow customer’s hairstyle desires.Furthermore, the barber did not follow the services they advertise, as he missed the head massage, double head washing, eyebrows trimming, and ear hairs burning…The worst barber in my life.Edit: Fast response from the barber shop and an attempt to fix it is highly appreciated

I have been looking for a good barbers in Prague now for 20 years and amidst the sea of the same offering, this team are amazing. Great service, wonderful people and among the best artists i have used in my life. I recommend this place 110%
