It was cold in the room. The lady from reception saved me and gave me heather a big plus for her and hospitality. For rate higher in region heating should work :( Parking is extra, so overpriced everything for surely, so for the idea of comfort and fear that not better in region many people will pay knows that are Overpriced! We had a very delightful stay. The room was really clean and spacious. The gym and sauna were compact, but relaxing and enjoyable. The service was truly amazing, especially a helpful and very kind lady on the reception posted us the item that ve have left behind. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I gave it a 5 stars for the people there are doing very good job although in COVID time still everything was very well. Restaurant was not working for obvious reasons but what we had for meals was more than sufficient and tasty. Had noć opportunity to use fitness and wellness this cannot comment. The rooms are spacious, bad very good. I could rest properly. Would recommend it for a business trip or a conference.

Not bad not great. If you're traveling for business this hotel is average and thus ok. If you're on a vacation pick something with better location or be prepared to drive everywhere. When I was there the restaurant only offered one meal in the evening - I'm guessing an aftermath of Covid times...

I can recommend this hotel, nice rooms of a decent size, good breakfast and not bad location in Ostrava. We had a problem at night as our AC seemed not working properly, so it was hot inside and we could open the window only slightly as it was blocked. So I went to reception in the middle of the night and the lady helped us out by unblocking it and opening it much more. Much appreciated!
