i will share the worsti ever experienced in a restaurant.i ordered a piece of meat with your jack daniels suse, when my meal came i noticed that the iron plate that came with it was rusted, i asked the waiter to change it and bring me one new clean as made. but it doesn't change the frustration about this event. very bad place when there is no consciousness about something as serious as hygiene. like all the shops in praga square have a low rating and bad reviews, so I'm sorry for that.

Unbelievably bad service all around. I cut my lip on a beer mug that was badly chipped, they brought another but charged for both. My husband requested his meal in a take away box as did my mom, but only my mom’s food was present in the bag when we arrived home. The waiter argued about how the menu had presented the lobster as being with sauce…very unprofessional. The atmosphere and location is superb, the waiters are horrid. They also kicked us out and said “we’re closed” about 1 minute after their official close time. Essentially begged for a tip as well, and then included it in the bill despite it reading as “tip not included”. Semantics, because the “service charge” absolutely was tacked on. Recommend, if you don’t mind endangering yourself on cut glasses or beer mugs. And terrible service. Waiter was smug and rude about how long the food prep took as well. Since it was vacation I’d go here again and do it over, but be warned if you like good service, this is not a place for you. Pricey, but to be expected for the locale. $150 for 3. No expensive drinks ordered either.

Very local traditional food. We got recommended from our tour guide, and it was just greatOrdered some local kind of steak with souce and some salad. The restaurant maybe very busy, as it is small, so onsider when you want to come. Price are value for money, atmospher just great, we loved it, go there joy it.

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits Prag. It's right in the city centre and you can see the famous clock singing every hour. Both inside and outside are sooo confortabile and nice to stay. The staff are so far the best. They serve local cuisine

Pros : Great location;Cons : First of all, it's very pricey compared to other places, but kind of expected based on location.Ordered a beer and cappuccino (received grand cappuccino even though we did not ask for one).Waiters are being pushed by the manager to go from table to table every 10-15 minutes to push people to order more, or to leave, which is passively implied. After less than 30 minutes and second visit from the waiter, we asked for a bill, and the bill was 275 crowns instead of 184. They charged a grand cappuccino even though we ordered a regular, and waiters commission for the tip of 12.5 %. Like I said, service was bad, pushy, aggressive to order or to leave, do not recommend, there are many nice places in Prague to enjoy great food and beer.

Not recommended at all the only star for the location other than that it doesn’t worth it the waters said the tip is must which is not true the tip is based on the service quality!!! The food was beyond the expectations.

Refused service because I was on my own! There were plenty of free tables too. What a joke. Do not give this restaurant your business, there are lots of other restaurants nearby.Edit: Did not resolve with the manager. He crossed his arms after telling me he wouldn't give me a table for one. So I left and ate elsewhere.Also, notice how they provide the same response (verbatim) to every negative review? This place is a joke. Tourist trap. There are a hundred better places to eat nearby. Don't waste your time on this trash.
