Very unfriendly staff, and they give you the needed information on pieces. And if you have a Czech speaker to translate on the phone for you, they hardly accept to talk to the person on the phone. Or to put your phone on speker and them to talk in such a way that the person on the phone can hear them and translate for you.They say you need to speak Czech or to come with a translator in person, not on the phone. Though it's the same thing, they are maybe afraid of being recorded? No idea.

Nekonecne cekani 2hodiny!! se vyplatilo. Pani Soukupova mi poradila, zodpovedela otazky a byla velmi mila. Vim, ze toho maji az nad hlavu a soucitim. On-line se objednat bohuzel neslo, tak jsem to nejak zvladla. Budova by potrebovala malinko zutulnit a zrekonstruovat.

Friendly and efficient place. I sent all required forms and documents online before the consultation. Everything was clearly stated either in correspondence or in person. I spent roughly 5 - 10 minutes waiting.Tips:Be nice, treat them with respect, and you'll get along just fine.Make sure your forms are filled out properly, and try to attach everything that you're supposed to attach - otherwise you're adding unnecessary workload to the workers there.If you're asked to present a document, present it in the form they ask you to in the term they ask you to.If you don't speak the official language you should bring an interpreter, as they can't help you otherwise (they can try, but don't put them in that position - it's the laws).

Everything went well for me. Some skills in Czech language are certainly needed there.

Very bad experience with such a unfriendly consultant, they act like they do favour giving you some basic service and accepting documents instead of being helpful and making faces. I had to go there few time due to fact they didn't give right information what document they need and every time were adding something new. If you don't need to go there avoid this place. They don't even speak word in English just to catch up with and comfort you little bit. Very low quality service.

If you don't speak Czech, you have to have an interpreter with you. They won't help you if you aren't able to communicate with them in Czech. They can't speak foreign language dû to Czech policy's Law. But they are very nice and efficient.

Paní z oddělení Prahy 4 ochotně poradily, zkontrolovaly žádosti, byly nápomocné - mají nervy ze železa, co vše tu musí řešit... Hvězdičky patří jim. :) Jinak tu bývá hodně rušno.
