Bad service and bad ways of serving the customer.I do not mean all the staff, to be exact the man who is attending in the area of the carpets.It makes the client nervous with your close presence when help has been politely denied.

Worst customer care, delivery and more. Don't buy from Kika, also when you want to put the furniture together it has a lot or problems. It is not described well, and the manual was not correct as the furniture had more pieces, which were not described. Also after 3 months of waiting for the furniture they have told me that it does not exist, only the one shown. So I picked a different which I have been confirmed is in the warehouse.

Good place for furniture shopping, but that's about all. They have some selection of home decoration and bed sheets and such. But I prefer IKEA, for I think the quality is better for same prices...

For some strange reasons there is no staff on second and third floor .These are the floors with all kind of furniture. Otherwise stuff is nice at the store.

Depressingly average and generally low cost furniture. Massive discounts on some nice Afghan and Persian rugs, which are still moderately overpriced after the discounts.

Incredibly poor customer service and rude staff. I spent over 30,000 CZK here but never again. One of the ladies in the collections area apparently thinks we’re still living in communist times.
