Ideal, uncrowded (slightly off beaten path) destination-hostelry for riverside bikers or walkers anytime of year. Large garden with playground for Young Ones in the Summer. Standard beers, above-average (for pub) wine selection and typical pub food menu. Great staff.

Loved it! Very down to earth atmosphere, super friendly staff. I haven't tried the food but it did look delicious from what I've seen. I will give it a shot again in summer and try to spoil myself a bit. 5 stars for me.
