Excellent tiny cafe with a lovely setting and very authentic and super delicious local food. And, yes, at value prices too. Highly recommend it.

Had the beef goulash soup and the chicken schnitzel- both very good - also the place was cool downstairs on a hot day out - this is 5 stars for me

Loved it here. The staff are so friendly. Goulash was good, as was the chicken steak. Spotlessly clean toilets. They don't take cards. Sort this out, please.

Great traditional food, very kind and understanding waitress. And very reasonable prices ! A total of approx 30€ in total for 2 people with a cocktail, coffee, 2 soups and 2 sausage main courses.Highly recommend!

Really good food and nice atmosphere. I ordered the garlic(?) soup with croutons which is super nice specially for the cold weather. My friends enjoyed their goulash so much. As for me, I ordered the pork schnitzel and it was really good specially the potatoes on the side (best thing ever!) The staffs were also very kind and lovely. The price is good with the quality of food that you get. Will definitely come back here when I return to Prague. ❤️ Note: they don't accept card payment as of the moment but they accept Euro.

I had a horrible experience on Christmas Eve at this restaurant.There was only one waiter and he seemed to lack experience. First of all, he forgot to bring my drink. Then he brought my brother’s soup without a spoon. I was still waiting for my salad and drink. Finally, after reminding him about my order, he managed to bring my fish but with no potatoes! And on top of that, he brought me the butter knife for my fish! He seemed very busy with another table where he kept forgetting customers’ orders. He didn’t bother to write them down hence his forgetfulness. When he brought the spoon for my brother’s soup, bread basket slipped from his hand and dropped on the floor and then stepped on it! My salad came after several reminders. After I paid the bill, I realized he changed me 100 czk for his lousy service. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t him who cooked the meals. I don’t understand the owner who left this inexperienced kid on his own as there was no other waiter in sight. He basically ruined my Christmas Eve. I felt like in a Czech comedy show.

The food was excellent, especially the goulash and the knuckle of pork are very tasty.The service was very friendly and courteous, the ambience is medieval and authentic. And the prices are fair, so we'll be happy to come back.

Fabulous restaurant right around the corner from our hotel. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Our waiter was extremely kind and attentive. You can tell the food was homemade and made with love. Highly recommend!!!
