Worst behavior ever. 5 seconds after we sat a very rude waitress came above our heads and asked if we'd like something. We asked for a minute to read the menu, she mumbled something in Chek, then after we only got a water (3,5€ for 0.5l) she started mumbling something in check again and left angry.

I have never had worse coffee for more money in my life anywhere in the world ... Good job standing up to the airport standards guys :) The view is nice though ...

Terrible service. My friend bought burger and nachos at rancheros (this caffe don't have burgers and nachos) and I bought coffee for us here (unfortunately not takeaway). And they didn't allow us to eat together!! We bought their coffee, two coffees! And they said that my friend have to eat outside. It was really rude and unacceptable. We have panini

Nice place with terrible service. I bought a cup of coffee and It was served by a waitress Yana, very rude, no smile, no thank you, no goodbye. I asked also just an empty glass, I was needed for take my medicine and she laughing me in face said :for what you need this glass

Really unfriendly the 2 bar tender girls...when I asked something after having spent 25€ on coffee and food- they responded harshly and made me feel unconfortable.

The cafe has only one impatient, unhappy and non-responsive waitress. She looked so unhappy even when she asked for tips BEFORE any service. It then turned out the only service was that she served our food to the table and left other customers waiting to order. She certainly could do better to justify taking tips!

Worst service ever. Not even basic English spoken. No alternative milk whatsoever. The coffee tastes bad, plus a service guy was working on the ceiling right in front of the coffee machine and stuff kept falling into the coffee while it was being brewed by the lady in socks behind the counter. The server also touched all small spoons the wrong end after taking my cash money. Very strange this is accaptable at an airport.
