They took 1070 Eu for 5 !!! tickets for ballet gala in april 2019.Online prices are 5/25 or maximum 135 Eu.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Got my concert tickets in no time, they even allow to pay via your benefits leisure card! Just amazing.

The cashier has an attitude problem. I don't speak Czech very well, but I tried speaking it the entire time and if she wouldn't understand small things she would completely snap. I wanted to use some of my benefity points, but that did not work (not her fault, but not mine either) I bought the tickets in the end cause I wanted to do something nice for my parents in law and I already made my way to that stupid office. But I would never go there again, nor recommend. Rude and unprofessional. Went in good mood and smiling, went out feeling like they capped on my head for my money.

Don't buy tickets from this company unless you want to lose your money. They keep ignoring me for 2 months (sent already 4 emails), not possible to get back my money.No communication at all from them whatsoever (the many different email accounts I tried, facebook...), this seems like a big scam (now, not years ago were I used their services and it was fine).And of course they keep announcing stuff in their main website and facebook page... is this a joke?

This company is overselling tickets/reservations that do not exist. Bought tickets for Kometa-Vítkovice game in Brno (21.3.2023) for standing. In website, you can select exactly where to stand by numbers and rows. In reality, standing sector in the arena does not have any numbers on the stairs or the floor, so what portal shows is imaginary. After arriving to arena 40 minutes before game start, there were already too many people in the standing sector, squeezed in like sardines, many did not even fit. Many people who had same tickets for same sector were left to stand outside of sectors and did not see the game, because nobody could fit in the sector for which they paid. Number of 'standing spots' in the portal do not match the actual number of capacity. Tickets - not refundable. Paid 300 kč for each ticket and could only see a wall for 20 minutes. Left after first third.P. S. Customer support agent agent told us we do not need to print Hometicket, and smartphone will be enough to scan QR code from PDF file. However, at the arena scanning from phone did not work. Thankfully, we had backup of printed tickets.Scam company, avoid at all costs. Unfortunately for Kometa games, only this company sells tickets so cannot use any competitor.

Better buy tickets from “ticket-online”! I paid for a concert in ticketportal, my bank registered the payment. I was waiting for the tickets to be in my email, took a vacation. Still no tickets. Then I wrote to the support.Today they told me that they didn’t get the payment and sent me money back. And said that I need to buy tickets again, for the higher price. I asked them to cover the price difference because it was clearly their mistake, and not a single employee notified me about the transaction failure. They refused to cover the difference.Today I bought my tickets from ticket-online, a bit cheaper. I immediately received tickets. I will never use service of ticketportal in the future. Not reliable payment system and ZERO customer support.

They support war selling tickets to events produced by russians

Totalne PODVOD - Nepouzit!!!!DO NOT USE they overcharged my credit card and even after 2 months they still do not refund me!!!!
