Went there looking for a specific perfume. This place has a large varieties. You can also go online to make an order; you can have it delivered to your place or go down to collect. However, the portal requires a local number which me, as a tourist, does not have.

Its a great store for all your cosmetic and skin care needs. You can directly order it at your doorstep or store pickup is also available and its pickups are super easy.

Great place to shop. Apart from the physical shop, you can order tons of great products with great prices online and it can be delivered to your home or you can pick them up from the shop itself. Plus when ordering above some amount you can get a present. Everything is very fast. The shop looks neat, fancy, bright. The staff is always polite and helpful.

Entry door is just not free barrier entry. Not automatic one, you need to push really strong and be fast, otherwise it will close and crash you on your back.Shop is okay, not a bit assortment of items, but online shop works great and you can pick up for free your orders in the online shop there. The entry door would be a reason for me to never get back there.

I asked to my girlfriend for picking up my order. But staffs were so weird and so rude. They looked her strangely and suspiciously. They didn’t explain reason and she asked to my girlfriend’s phone number and order number very rudely. It spoiled her feeling. The staffs needs how to be nice to customers, and need to take service education.

The most pathetic n discriminating staff.. Not good for foreigners at all. And a terrible door. Wish they had more branches..n lots of free samples to one who buys a deodorant after 30 minutes and nothing to some one who buys an Armani. Pathetic people. Grow up

I wonder how much money do I have to spend just to get 1 small sample? You think why do i need it? It helps me to discover new products and some of my favorites I found from samples! I was going to ask by myself but lady before me did the same, they gave 1 for 4 big packages she purchased and after lady turned back they start gossiping and laughing. So I was very disappointed. Otherwise Notino itself is great online shop where I find a lot useful stuffs.
