A big bookstore with a good selection of books and table games. It's quite busy at weekends, but at other times it's pleasant to browse and look at books there.

Great book shop with good choice: they have lots of books in Czech and some books in English. You can also find nice stylish-looking stationery. It’s a good place to buy a small present for a colleague or acquaintance.

Books are more expensive than anywhere else. Some of the shop assistants are gossipy, loud and ask continuously customers if they need something. Lately my shopping experience is not pleasant.

This bookshop has quite a good range of English books, I have bought quite a few over the years. BUT the service is appalling. Yesterday, I waited patiently with no-one else in the queue. After about 5 minutes other people joined the queue. There was only one cashier. After another 2 minutes another till was opened and the cashier pointedly asked the others BEHIND me to be served. Another example of the very poor service in Czech Republic. I worked in retail for 45 years. I will never put foot in this store again. Bad service--NO service.

They have moved their place inside Arkady to the first floor. The shop looks similar and it has good offer of books. I would say one of the best in Prague.
