As it’s next to our house we go here often for food and drinks as it has a nice garden with children playground, but they decided to take away the playground. As the food is nothing special ( today a very empty and tasteless lunch salad), going here has lost the advantages ver other places.

Is a drinking place if you go to expect a good food forget about that.The portion are really small and as well the menu not inform to you about the grammes.The service is slow, the time between the first and the second plate is about 40 minutes; and the restaurant was almost empty.Beautiful and quite garden, but was not a good experience.

Average place for a daily breakfast in a hotel. The staff are not friendly except 1 or 2 of them. Food quality is just fine and sometimes tasteless.

My wife and I stayed at International Hotel Prague for nearly a month last year and had meals at Symphonia every day. I just came back to Prague and revisited this restaurant and had great afternoon with pleasant service by Marek. Marek makes the place delightful and Symphonia is always one of my most favorites in Europe!

Complete and total disappointment!Bread served before appetizer was stale and hard. Shopsky salad was wet, soggy and old. The Ribeye steak looked like a piece of rubber and upon inspecting found out it was rotting. The smell was horrible.At this point we called the waiter over to send it back. Next thing you know we have a disgruntled and hostile chef at our table being disrespectful toward my mother inlaw. Arguing tellling us we do not know what we are talking about. Excuse me? Let me tell you we are from San Franciso sitting here with our family from Prague and you want to tell us what a steak is? What a joke. Do you know California? San Francsico? Do you understand the culinary world that we come from? Apparently not because otherwise you would keep your mouth quiet and stay in the back where you belong.I decided I was no longer eating anything else. Next thing you know I catch the chef giving me a look from the corner of his eye and laughing and shaking his head at me. Basically this person was a perfect example of a poor human being and somebody who should not be in customer service let alone cooking food for the public. He was obviously very happy to send us on our way with a belly full of rotten meat. Thank God we know what we’re doing and didn’t eat it.Mr Chef you are a nobody. You will continue to be a nobody. Hopefully you reflect on your actions and make a change for the better. I will pray for you.Sincerely,The nice people with the two white Bichons and standards.

The ambiance at the Symphonia Restaurant and Garden was great after a busy day in the Old City. The service provided by Jiři and Tereza was phenomenal. Highly recommended!!
