In some comment below you say that you gave the opportunity to request a refund for previously purchased packages. I have never seen this information in any official emails or posts on Facebook. On 05.11.2021 I had 1285 minutes which was converted to 6425 CZK. I would requested refund if I know about this. I have written email that I will not manage to spend all the amount in a year and in response you said nothing about refund option.

Great app! Easy to use, fair price and the scooters work well. My only complain is that 99% of the times people park the scooter with the tailbox facing the road, which means that you have to stand on the road to get the helmets and reverse because somebody didn't want to take the time to park it with the tailbox facing the sidewalk (it takes no more than 30 more seconds muh dudes).

Be careful with this company. I had 1000 kcs and one day they dissapeared. They say it is conditions...I see it as robbery. Well at least in my country it is robbery. Live good thieves...

Many times it’s the fastest and the most fun way to get around.

It would be a perfect service, if it hasn’t some negative points.1) in my case 70-80% of rides fails to end normally. Application fails to lock scooter & need to call support & wait for their answer (just add call fees to wait for support’s answer). Supporters are friendly to help, however support has no night shifts. So be ready to find yourself in a night with unlocked scooter.2) Fees are high (sometimes it’s cheaper to take a bolt/uber) & fees policy is absolutely unclear. They have different fees depending on time and sometimes application displays current fee & in the moment you book a scooter it immediately enlarges a cost. Not too much, but this kind of treatment is disgusting.in other sides it’s nice & pleasant service - application is easy to navigate, support is always open to help, enough vehicles on streets

Skútry berider používám přes 2,5 roku a najezdil jsem již 2140 km. Je to nejrychlejší a nejpříjemnější způsob dopravování se po Praze. Přímou cestou z bodu A do bodu B je to vždy rychlejší než MHD a obzvlášť auto, ve kterým při cestě hustým pražským provozem jen ztratíte vůli žít.
