Zoopark Zelčín

A very nice option for a family with a 2 y.o. to spend a day off, when the weather is nice. There are plenty of places to play for a kid.

We got dirty tepee with wasps or bees nest. The electricity was over ~300m away so we were left without electricity with 4 small children. The nearest shower with hot water is ~400m away in the stable. We lost all our money (not surprisingly, the payment was upfront) and had to look for civilized accommodation on the second day. Please pay attention to this facility, because the accommodation conditions are terrible there.

Many thanks for this past weekend with you in the zoo park and at the music festival. It was a great experience, highly recommended!The park isn't too big, everything is very informal and the people are very friendly and helpful. You always meet a smile.What is unusual is that you can also enter some animal enclosures and are so close to the animals of the zoo.There are good apartments for an overnight stay and if there is a concert then the weekend will be perfect.Thank you, we'll be back.

Animals are all very friendly, there is missing fresh water next to the pizzeria, and you need to go few hundred metres back to toilets to wash your hands after petting all the animals. I hope there will be more trees in the future, because in the summer it will be very hard to find some shadow.

It's a large petting zoo where you get to feed the animals which is of course great fun for kids. Sure when the sheep decide to come and check out the new visitor and their prospects of getting some food it can be a bit overwhelming for certainly the smaller once but it's kind of funny as a parent to see your child realize that those eight sheep are headed right for them and to see how they respond.There is trampolines to jump on and every year a little more things to see and do. The restaurant next door is decent and certainly all the usual fried and deep fried food you would expect at a kids park are available as well as some food for the grownups.Certainly worth. a visit with kids when the weather is nice. And when you ask at the cash register you could even take a rabbit, pig, goat or sheep for a walk on a leash. Though one might find that the animals are more interested in taking their temporary caretaker for a stroll so it might not be great for the smaller once to do on their own.

Lot of animals. Contact zoo. Fast food court in entry building.Only problem is too much sunny area - trees are young and small - so wait couple of years :)Nice staff. Accessible by bike or car. Parking available for free.

The experience is quite poor for the money. I would call it a trampoline park with some goats and sheeps, rather than zoo. I definitely don’t recommend coming here in a warm sunny day, as there is almost no shade neither for people, nor for animals.

Nice place with many animals. Interesting for small toddlers especially. Really nice place if you have small kids. We went with 2 and half and he really enjoyed it. Not that many animals but it was enough.

It was a fun petting zoo, some of the food Despensers gave less food than the others. The best was the first by the kangaroos.The goats were very friendly and the kids were super friendly.I will have to say I'm disapointed with how many goats and poneys had over grown hooves. They need to be visited by a hoof trimmer.
