Excellent e-shop, really good customers service & updates and communication. Since I had the carpet custom-made I had to wait for it a little but was informed each step of the way. Super happy with the carpet, delivered as described and in excellent quality - and for a very good price too. It is made in the Czech Republic and I was pleased to support a local manufacturer. The manufacturer posted a video about the carpet which was really useful when making the choice (especially seeing the carpet in a day light).

Great experience. I ordered few carpet samples, for free delivered to Slovakia without problems. Thanks to usable website (useful filter, nice pictures, videos with explanations) and samples, we were able to easily decide what carpet would suit us best. Delivery was also without problems. I also appreciate tone of voice on the website and in automatic communication with client, make me feel this eshop has a specific character. Thanks.

The worst company so far in The Czech Republic. Note: They also deliver under other names so watch out.We needed fake gras for a terras. Why i'd advise you to never order from this company:1. We ordered weeks in advance for a terras party. Delivery time was well within the timeframe for when we needed the carpet. They delivered too late. This was because their production started too late.2. While we called on a daily basis, they didn't do much to make sure the carpet was delivered on time. Don't order from companies which don't care about you.3. The worst part is the quality. Within 2 days, the green carpet turned blue. Check the pictures. Where the table was standing, it is still a bit green, but the whole carpet is colored. Note: This is a carpet FOR balconies! The fact they sell items which knowingly are so bad is a sign.Stay away, do yourself a pleasure. This review stays untill this matter is resolved. If you still read this months after - it means they don't solve product issues.

I have ordered my rug online and I am very satisfied. beautiful pattern & colors - just as in the picture, soft though not that fluffy. easy to clean. the description of the product fits to its real appearance. I was also very happy with the customer service, very kind and helpful approach. I can only recommend :)
